At Gökser Vision we completed the R&D of the first domestic universal 3D camera measurement software in metrology. Developed jointly with the Borusan-Borçelik R&D Test Center, the product is in use there today.

Scans parts at 0.2 mm resolution in real time as they flow down the production line. The resulting point cloud is instantly compared against the CAD model; parts exceeding set limits are ejected from the line. Entirely our own build, software included.

Hole expansion (burst) testing is critical for sheet metal producers. Gökser Vision software processes the image while the hydraulic unit presses the 10 mm hole, reporting the diameter in real time; the moment a crack appears it stops the system and delivers a full test report. The system measures at 3.5 µm accuracy with a 100 ms computation cycle.

We developed a system that reports measurements and coordinates from pixels and linear scales by processing camera images — no touch probe required. Pendant-controlled and driven by hybrid stepper motors, it offers a large 1200×800×250 mm measuring volume. In use at the Borusan-Borçelik R&D Test Center.
